I Am a Twitterer

Twitterist?  She who tweets?  However you say it, I promised myself I would become more social media savvy this year so you can now find me on Twitter @fillyourownglas  (Yes, I had to crop off my last “s”…finding out in a hurry that the Twitter gods like to have number limits for everything!)

I apologize in advance as I am sure to break Twitterquette more than once as I stumble along and figure it all out! Hope to see you all where the little blue bird flies! Cheers! Karen

  1. It’s interesting, Karen, how we make choices and determine the timing for our social media ‘engagement.’ Kudos on successfully entering twitterdom. Have fun! I deactivated my Facebook in November and will soon part ways with WordPress. Timing is everything. 🙂

      • That is good to know, Karen. It seems like a good many WordPress bloggers have twitter accounts–more than I’d have expected, really. I’m intrigued by the idea of limiting one’s words to a certain number of characters: maybe in the summer I might set up an account.

  2. Resist, resist! It’s a terrible place full of trolls and demons.

Actually, I’ve never found a reason to use it but a fellow blogger gave me an idea that to create accounts based on characters in a book I’m presently writing. More will be revealed later 🙂

  3. Congrats on your latest adventure! I started an account years ago but never used it. Then WordPress suggested I share my posts on Twitter, so that happens without me. I really have no idea what I am doing. I’ll look to you for advice, so post something on it, please! See? I can’t even keep a teply short!

    • Aw, thank you! This made my evening! I have not really made a decision yet as to whether or not to do awards, but I guess it’s time for me to think about it. I am so appreciative that you chose me, and I’m thrilled that you were nominated! 🙂
